PRERNA is a dynamic and compassionate NGO founded with a singular vision: to build a stronger, more equitable India.

nutrition, environmental sustainability, and community development.
What started as a dream to transform government school education has evolved into a multi-faceted organization
touching thousands of lives across Kanpur and beyond. Through our various verticals—SAF Education Initiative,
Satvik Roti Rolls, MLA Green Kanpur, and MLA City Tours—we address critical social challenges with innovative,
sustainable solutions.
Our team comprises dedicated volunteers, experienced educators, environmental activists, and community leaders
who share a common goal: creating lasting positive impact. We work tirelessly to ensure that every child has
access to quality education, every hungry person receives nutritious food, and our environment is protected
for future generations.

Our Impact
Since our inception, PRERNA has touched the lives of thousands of individuals across Kanpur. Through the
Sumit Agarwal Foundation (SAF), we've adopted 7 government schools, providing quality education to over
1,000 students who previously lacked access to proper learning resources.
Our Satvik Roti Rolls initiative distributes over 1,500 nutritious meals daily to underprivileged communities,
ensuring that hunger doesn't stand in the way of anyone's potential. Meanwhile, MLA Green Kanpur is transforming
our city's landscape, planting trees, creating green spaces, and fostering environmental consciousness.
But our impact goes beyond numbers. It's in the smile of a child who can now read and write, the gratitude
of a family receiving a warm meal, and the pride of a community seeing their neighborhood turn green. This
is what drives us forward every day.
